Just to be clear, when you’re looking at the target the light is on the right side? I attach a sling on the left side so it’s closer to the bodyPrefer 1 o clock side (right handed shooter) tape switch forward top rail with the permanent on button facing to the rear.
Have a canted BCM mlock mount to tuck it up and in a bit closer for my 11.5 upper. Once the can arrives I'll have to mess with it to see how much shadow it casts.
Little bit of oil rubbed on on the lens and muzzle blast wipes right off.
