So me offering to come down last Saturday morning doesn’t count???

With rebuilding, yes, but we've been talking about tuning mine and Johnston's for awhile.

Heh, the way you were going through them one by one, I almost figured you actually did measure them. There is always next timeI should have measured @Bastek 's valve stack when we had it apart yesterday, but I think it was .12 and .15 for most of the stack with a single flutter.
the front measurements almost look backwards exceept for the number of shims
Nah i mean entire rebound and compression stacks backwards. The compression is very soft and the rebound is very stiffI listed them from the piston out, but yeah seemed a little odd the stiffer shims were at the back of the stack. That's why I included diameter of the shim.
Wouldn't that be appropriate with a spring of a high spring rate?Nah i mean entire rebound and compression stacks backwards. The compression is very soft and the rebound is very stiff

I got my fronts from DSM. When I called to order them they swapped in the 700# springs and sent them out the same day. Knowing very little about valving(which I still have extremely limited knowledge) I wondered how they could use the same valving with the two different spring rates.I did order them with 700s from the get go but it does seem like the rebound is pretty high in comparison.

Wouldn't surprise me if he is mixing up his rebound and compression sides of the piston lolNah i mean entire rebound and compression stacks backwards. The compression is very soft and the rebound is very stiff

@4runner DOA
As much as tw annoys me there is good info there. Just need to get more of that info here.

Need moar pictars less cymbalsI was just going to say that changing your spring valve doesn't mean you need to change your damping. You can still be in the range of what the shock can tune out. Mass-Spring-Damper is where all the calculations come from.
Greater than a 10% change of spring rate doesn't necessarily mean a change in valving?I was just going to say that changing your spring valve doesn't mean you need to change your damping.
