Nope. SorryAlso, yes.
Know anyone with a spare 35 spline Ford 9 third member?
Other than running out of travel, I can't think of one.Can anyone think of a reason not to turn the steering pickup on the spindle horizontal, like the upper and lower uniballs?
There's still quite a bit left in my CVs for down travel, but the steering heim has run out. View attachment 58242

At full bump what does the heim angle look like?
If you still have room at bump, why not angle the bolt mounting to allow for clearance at bump and droop?
What's your total turning angle? Its not quite binding at full bump, but very close.
As configured now there's no bump steer and 14" of travel, so I may just put it back together and go wheeling.
I don't see why that would be an issue. Can anyone think of a reason not to turn the steering pickup on the spindle horizontal, like the upper and lower uniballs?

Pretty sure you would run out of travel on the mislagn if you ran them horizontal.
14" is damn impressive.
Forgot you had your balls horizontal also. Go for it.
You can always add to your steering stops to stop them from binding. You are used to barely being able to steer....lol

What size bolt are you running? Can you go with higher misalignment spacers or a larger heim to run a higher misalignment spacer with the same size bolt?
your functioning spine may disagree lolLooks like a full stuff I'll drag the belly before running out of up travel, so I guess I don't need bump stops?
So stoked to see this out wheeling. Too bad you are like 3000 miles away
The front end is almost back on it's own weight, getting close. So stoked to see this out wheeling. Too bad you are like 3000 miles away
Road trip!
Looks like you could maybe fit a wheel with a more positive offset on the front. Would help reduce scrub
