I think it was @honda250xtitan that bent some shit on his 5th gen not too long ago. Apparently I bent my UCA through bolt last I was out in death valley.

How did you even get that thing out bent like that? The tolerances it has to slide through are no joke. When putting in my LT UCA, I swear the typical slight surface pitting or build up you get on bolts was hanging it up.

Hammer and crow bar. Fortunately it was bent where it was. If it was bent on the other side? I would have had to cut it.

I bent my bolt and my UCA in a mud puddle last year....

Of all the things I've hit and bounced off, this was probably the smallest one of all. Didn't even phase the truck. Would explain why I've had such a hard time aligning that side the last two times though.

I had a crazy clunk. Replaced the bolt and no more clunk. So I’m assuming it was bent. I don’t know for sure, but everything else that was changed didn’t fix it.

Thank you @Airdog for hooking up some extended steel braided brake lines so we can relocate my brake line bracket away from the bypass body and still have like to spare.

Thank you @Jerez for coming in clutch with some new UCA bolts he had laying around. Got everything back together on the passenger side.

Wheels going on shortly and hoping I got my camber closer to 0 with the UCA adjustments because I really don't want to take everything apart again. Haha.

Oh I'm excited. I haven't driven this thing in forever. Just went on a good 55 mph test drive to get some beer. Steering wheel is straight, feels planted with .5/.35 camber pass/driver. I miss this rig.
