Will be selling my custom front tube bumper. Will also be including the 3/16" steel skid plate if wanted, for no extra charge. The skid is kind of beat to shit, but can be bent back if you take a big enough BFH to it or toss it in a press. It's there if you want it.
A little about the bumper. It's mostly weld on, but it does have the side tubes that are bolt on to the front body mounts. The frame horns and winch plate are made of 3/16" plate, the top tubes are 1.75" x .120 wall DOM, while the side tubes, and bottom tubes are 1.50" x .120 wall DOM. The skid is 1/4" aluminum (I think 6061). I weighted the bumper before I welded it on, and it was 59lbs without the aluminum skid, and radiator crossmember tube. Probably weights about 65-70lbs in total without the steel IFS skid. I've hit this bumper pretty damn hard many times and the bumper itself is still straight. The aluminum skid has some smaller dents and lots of scratches. Steel skid doesn't fit very well anymore but can be bent back to where it needs to be.

I want to give you guys first dibs on this, but if you guys don't want it I got a few people lined up on IG that asked to buy it already. I'm thinking $500. If you want me to install it on your truck we can work something out for a higher price.

Here's a bunch of pics of the font bumper.

Seriously it’s a make an offer situation. He’s likely going to put it on an auction site so it’ll be bid on by enthusiasts. I won’t let him get lowballed but any fair offer I’ll pass along

He's in California correct? Then due to travel cost I am in at 1k if it was local more like 1600 because of the body damage. Otherwise nice truck!

I'm not in a rush to sell if you really want it. If not, I'll just keep it listed as first come first serve.

If you don’t sell it to another member here first, I might just take you up on that offer.

How much work is involved other than the end cap mod? The stock skid cross member is cut out and the steel skid is custom made to tie into the lower bumper instead of that cross member?

For the bumper itself, you'd just bolt up the side tubes, weld on the frame horns, radiator crossmember under the frame rails, and the crossmember support tubes to the front bulkhead. The skid bolts to the crossmember, and in the back it bolts to the stock skid mounts (Although I cut off the stock mounts and made new mounts out of 3/16" plate and M12 hardware for more strength. The stock M10 hardware and tabs couldn't keep up with my abuse. The skid will either need to be bent back with a BFH or a press. It still bolts up, but not all the holes line up right now.

Yeah let me know if nobody else on IFS takes it, I’d be interested in driving up to your place and having you help do the install and we can figure out additional cash for labor. PM me later if nobody takes it in the next few weeks and we can work something out. I’m not a huge fan of most everything on the market and like more of a prerunner tube bumper anyways.

Somewhere in az I think
They're a cross between MT and AT. There's 5 of them. One has a patch but almost zero miles. The other 4 have about 7000 on them. If your interested I'll get you some photo's and I haven't really thought about price yet. Less then a 1000 more then 500. lol
Damn I wish I was closer

Ballarat is about halfway. I can grab the tires, pick up some moonshine, drive home. I'll see @Coot83 at San G. Drink some moonshine with him, give him the tires, then sleep instead of wheel and drive home .

That's a damn good idea. Can you fit 5 tires on your rig?

@snowtank I'll get some pics tomorrow. I gotta clean the garage anyway. lol
