The old Pythons were great to look at. Personally didn't care for the trigger, how it felt in the hand, and the cylinder release compared to the s&W 686's.
Sold mine for a profit.
Have a few 686's.
I am a fan of the L and N framed Smith and Wesson's I still miss the Python, but a transmisson for the car was more of a priority.

Picked up a Stack-On cabinet to get a little security for my firearms. The locked Pelican cases under my bed were a good temporary solution, but I need more space/security. Really wanted to get a Liberty safe, but we’re renting and the thought of having to move a safe when we move out makes me want to cry. I know it can be done, but it’s just not in the cards now.

Added some outdoor carpet to deaden the clangyness of the door opening and closing as well as to dress it all up. Just need to get some lighting figured out and it’ll be set. It’s anchored to the studs with 4 3/8 lags, easy enough to plug those holes when we move.

Got all my ammo, guns, safety/range stuff, and several soft cases in there. It’s a little tight, but holds everything I need it to. Eventually I’ll keep just ammo and range stuff on it once I do get a safe, and a house...
