If you actually wheel your truck you can get to places overlanders can't, instead of complaining about guys that have the exact same truck as you, with the exact same RTT, in the exact same spot you want to camp....
I can’t help that they want to go where I do

Got this guy for a song today.
150CAD for tool and battery. Couldn't pass that up, it's normally close to double that.

Gonna have to use a charger from work for a bit, but that's no big deal.

Jealous. I really want one of those. One of the guys we were in the desert with this weekend had that one and it was perfect for 90% of the shit needed to be done.

I don't buy the 250ftlb rating. I think Milwaukee has some fucky testing practices if that's the case.

DeWalts brushless 3/8 impact is rated at 150, which is frankly sad.

It either overrated, or it murders the battery on the high torque setting is 6 seconds.

Gonna buy that for my granddaughter for her fourth birthday since she can't handle the 18v version yet.

Sure.
Then, when she can't fit it around the engine bay or undercarriage, you'll reach for a ratchet.
I won't.

M12 ratchets are on my list.
And that M12 Surge is unreal. Supposedly the same torque as my M18 version. Plumber has one. I tried it. Certainly seems like it. The Surge is not meant to be a torque fiend though. I still use my regular impact for lags and Ledger-Loks
