Its new construction. Wont be finished til may / june of next year. Just need to keep raising my credit and keep my nose clean and it should be a smooth transition

pay everything off, maintain a low DTI through the year. You’ll see offers come through like spam mail.

So I picked up another lower at work today not the Water Boarding instructor one. We are all out of lower parts kits, which is the best to buy? It is an Aero lower, it was one of 10 made for the shop :) Thanks! Also a recommendation for a trigger group would be awesome.
Franklin armory or Fostech binary triggers for the pew pew pew fun factor. Larue to stage or single stage triggers are also very good. I have a fostech on my ar pistol and a Larue two stage on my 6.5 Grendel.

I'm not a larue fanboy, but whatever it was we picked up a few months back is pretty nice.

Honestly any LPK works. Primary arms have some from CMC in stock according to an email I got today. Best bang for the buck trigger is Larue, the Geiselle triggers are nice but a lot more expensive.

and yes there’s binary triggers if you want to have “quicker” fire
