That's funny shit there. Two answers still 50/50 on the decision. If it helps my son will have a 05 4x4 Tacoma also. So I can drag him or he can drag me home.

07 Prerunner if it's in good shape and low miles should fetch a decent price. Depending on the price of 3rd gens and whether you're looking for a unicorn version I'd think it's enough to buy the 3rd gen and at least throw a suspension on it.

I think my 07 should fetch 14k and the 4rnner is 7800. I can get 6k for my crawler so plenty on monies for upgrades.

Your moms
I sold my 2013 prerunner for 18500 with 90k miles. I sold for less than what most comparable models were asking on CL. Dealers were asking 23k for similar trucks. I think it was sold in two weeks, no BS.

Gotta love tile work. Here's our guest bath I remodeled last year.

Your mom's house.
Is that wood being glued down?

Tile that looks like wood planks. Really neat stuff.

Looks like it’s tile made to look like wood, which is why they have the spacers for grout lines.

Correct. Hopefully we can bust the rest of it out in the next two days. I've done a fair amount of tile work but never worked with these rectangle tiles before. It makes the job take a lot longer than squares.
