People like to talk shit on celebrities. Just is what it is.
Was Kobe a great Basketball player? Yes of course
Did he make some bad decisions? Yes of course
Did he give back to his community? Yes he did
Did he force a seasoned commercial helicopter pilot to fly in bad weather? I doubt it.

Just depends on the file and type of refi. For the most part, I've been able close most of my files in 30 days or less. I've had a few take well over that but that was due to some issues we had to work around.

my bank is giving me the run around, saying underwriting is backed up and blah blah blah.
started this shit at the end of August

Yup. He did his job. Put the ball in the hoop. Like musicians. Play your instrument and sing. Basically people need to STFU and do your job

Well that's what happens when you go with your bank instead of me... :boink:
Banks are ridiculously backed up right now. Some of these places are 30-45 days in underwriting and by the time you get loan approval, you gotta update everything all over again. It's pretty ridiculous.

You have my number, right? Call me or PM me and we can see what we can do.

I was doing my credit union because of convenience with having everything under one account.

once this closes if it ever closes, we might sell anyways and purchase a home next door to my in-laws.

Yeah I can see the desire for all that. Just doesn't seem to be much of a convenience if they just keep stringing you along.

Well if you plan to sell it within the next year, it might not be worth refinancing. Definitely keep that in mind regarding the refi/sale. Figure out the total cost of refinancing and increase in loan amount, versus the monthly savings. Make sure it's worthwhile before you lose out on some of your equity.

At this point in time it’s worth it, dropping 1.25% and absolving some debt with part of the equity.
We are able to save close to $1k this way.
The purchase isn’t guaranteed and just became an idea two days ago.

Anyone interested in some new steel takeoffs? My neighbor has these. Caps and lugs included. No Tpms. He’s asking 150 but I bet you could talk him down. F89F883A-7DB9-4711-8E3E-71F205433993.jpegA82121DD-E5F3-4CCB-AD2A-28EBE8AA5037.jpeg
