New winch, bound up winch rope and not following safety procedures. Happened on a Sat, but the Monday before had been wheeling at night will a few pulls to the driver side. Long story short - put the winch in neutral and the line only came out 6ish inches. New winches can be tight spooling out...

The pic from after I wrapped my thumb meat back around the bone. Peeled my thumb, broke the bone in the end joint, crushed my joint on my index finger and severed nerves in thumb and index finger.

OK - everything takes sooooooo much longer one handed (especially left handed). Tires on beadlocks, moved front axle forward and rear axle back 1". Had some help with replacing brake booster and putting on larger master cylinder. Could definitely have done without becoming the club poster child...

New shoe day, beadlocks show up today.
