run light springs in the rear for daily. (Wheelers 1.5” lift 12% spring rate increase over stock) Kings on the soft setting.
For trips I swap to the toytec 2” lift HD (200lbs constant) and turn the Kings up to stiffest setting. Rear spring swaps on the 4runner are super easy though

You might need some real tuning (shim stack) in the shocks to make them work better for you. The range of adjustment in that clicker is pretty small compared to the range you can get with shims.

yep I figured it wouldn’t be enough especially cause king is just compression adjusters. But all things considered it worked well. No bucking. We’re only talking stock travel numbers so it’s not like we were doing 70 thru the whoops lol

Get those things tuned, and put a flutter shim in there. I think my valve stack is listed in my build thread.

Then probably hydros, although a bypass shock upgrade would be another good option.

once they need a rebuild I’m gonna have somebody retune them who knows what they’re doing. A few guys are running bypasses and they said it’s a huge difference Even in the stock location/stock’ish travel

That's my understanding as well. I'm thinking I'll go straight to two tube bypasses for the jeep.

Seems kicking our own asses is going around. Been good just working and snowboarding. Still been building some stuff here and there. Bought another truck. Runner is getting some love before camping wheeling season. Haven't been out since last summer. But will be ready for this season. Get to head out on vacation in a few days. Hoping my phone doesn't work when I get there lol. Congrats on getting bigger with the shop and employees! That's fantastic stuff bro! Keep it rolling!

Welcome back, and congrats on the business success. Employees are definitely a level up moment.

Any love for the jeep gladiator? God knows the OEM bumps are crap.
