Thanks for letting me know about this place David. I see Articelf is here, which means this should be good. Im going to talk to Chris ( 3pooches) over on TW and get him to make the move. Dude knows his shit.
Hes been bugging me to come to his land. He has 60 acres of trails and camping. Ive been looking for people to go, but no luck yet. Maybe next weekend, the 11th

60 acres? I feel bad for you guys on the east coast. We have multiple offroad areas out here that are almost 100,000 acres. Johnson Valley “KOH location” is like 95,000 acres and Ocotillo Wells is like 85,000 acres. Glamis is like 115,000 acres. All these are within about 2.5 hours or less from me, with a bunch more wheeling in between.

Do you guys have any offroad areas that are really big?

60 acres that he owns.

We have national forests, state forests, and limited "trails" within that. Im also speaking for VA, PA, and maybe NC. I haven't been down to Florida where I think there's more options. It's mostly packed in here though

Ahh just some land he owns. Gotcha. Well then that’s pretty cool.

By those standards, no. The best we have are multiple hundred acre properties, and large state parks. Remember Rhode Island is only 770K acres.

So what area is considered NOVA? We have a couple buddies in the DC/NOVA area and we keep threatening to go visit from Columbus, OH.

More importantly than where NOVA is though, where's the good wheeling near there? We have Rausch Creek and King Knob on the list so far. We moved to Columbus from Phoenix, so we're used to public land access like @AssBurns mentioned earlier.

Depends on what you want, but @MountainTan threw out most of them. There is Potts mountain that is 33-35 inch tires preferred and a rocky technical trail that unfortunately I never got to hit. By flagpole you do have petersmill across the highway that is a fun little run that you can blast pretty fast on for VA trails. I would stay farther up north if you want any real challenges in terms of crawling as there isn't much in the NOVA area as most of us would travel 2-3 hours for a good trail most of the time.
