This isn't my fault. I used that little wrench and 3 of them just spun and spun. The 4th one came out but I cant do much with that.
so the threads are Stripped? Even if you drill them out will there be enough material to tap for a bigger screw or rivet?
Pretty sure the head is stripped because it's an Allen bolt.
I just swapped out my badge. I couldn't find the provided tool so I used my own. I noticed that it was a snug fit so I tapped it down so it would fully seat in place. Two out of the four where in tight.
@SlashX try tapping in a T-10 - T-12 it should wedge itself in there and turn the screw.
That's what i thought at first, then he mentioned that they just spun and spun. but ya an EZ out will do that trick on those @SlashX
They are little allen heads which suck. I've changed to torx 15. But on those... use a T10 torx will fit in. If you've already worked them a bit with that little wrench, use a cordless driver with T10, push in hard and try a couple angles they will back out. Threads aren't stripped, just that allen head can be a hassle, but the T10 will grab hold. I'll send some new fasteners to you. I'm not sure I have spares of the torx, but I've got a bundle of those allens which will work with the T10. Sorry about that, they are on their way, you'll see confirm hit email.

Need to slow down a bit. I've got a box of the allens, I may have another set of the torx ones for @SlashX but at a minimum, will get new ones out and can use the T10 in the new allens. @SlashX... can you msg me your name on order form, I want to make sure I send it proper this time. Got home to the new cooler today..man these things are stout! Stocked to get out on a trip to experience the difference first hand. I'll admit my cooler games been weak and have gotten by with what I got. I got the 70qt to replace our biggest cooler (the one with wheels I fixed and is still decent). Love that badge too...looks awesome.
