More questions @eimkeith

So I got the LCA's out yesterday and damn I love how good this stuff fits up.

So I guess the 4runner sway bar mount is under the LCA and the Tacoma is above the LCA right?

It's basically supposed to go like this right? I honestly am not sure if I should just cut off the entire bracket to make life easier on myself or actually do the work for a nice fit up.

It was very confusing at first because the other sides reinforcement honestly looks like it can go this way:

But the thing that told me this might not be right was the fact that there is a clearance for a rivet where there is no rivet.

I'd recommend just trimming the flanges off of the tab where they would go under the LCAR, then weld the tab to the side of the reinforcement. Basically just 2 vertical straight-line cuts (leave some flange on the wheel side to meet the LCAR) and good to go

Sounds good, Yeah now that I am looking at it in less of a rush, it's just the two side tabs that stick out in the way.

Paging @eimkeith
I’m building your bumper for someone soon and he sent me a few tutorial videos you sent him. A few of the links don’t work and I was wondering if you finished the series of videos. Have a pretty good idea of how it goes together from what I saw but hoped you could post the full series for the build and install. TIA

Tower and LCA gussets are on:

The LCA gussets work TOO good. I used to be able to hook the jack up on the LCA pins to jack up the truck. Now the damn LCA slides off the jack constantly. Also was good hearing you on the podcast, had no idea you were on the East Coast like me. We don't have enough good stuff coming out of the East coast.
