What do you guys think about buying an 80% lower for say a G43? They aren't on the roster here, so I can't just buy one and it would be kinda cool to have an non-serialized gun hidden in a nice safe place for when the boogaloo kicks off lol. I'll probably end up with the M&P Shield 9mm, but wondering how these things are since they end up costing a little more than just buying a complete serialized gun.

My neighbor has one. Compared to an 80 AR lower they're a lot easier to set up. I think he said he used a knife and a file. Shoots nice enough. It's his EDC.

Kinda, yeah for something I can put in my pocket without being heavy or huge. Might as well get a little 1911, eh?
Not really set on glock by any means, but I have been seeing the 80%’s lately and was considering the idea.
I’d like to buy a Ruger LCs Pro.

Depending on what size you are looking for, get your hands on a glock 19 or 26. I keep a CZ RAMI on me now. If you do not buy anything from now til Hammers, I can take my 19 and CZ with me for you to hold and shoot. Personally, I am not a fan of 80% guns. And if you plan on going 80 without worrying about CA laws, might as well get a Sig 938 or Glock 43, or something small and off-roster with small capacity 9mm.

I want something really small and light that can be put anywhere. I’d like to get something like the G19 someday. My mom has both the 19 and 26. I like the 19 size a lot. The 26 sucks ass to shoot. I like my brothers shield way more than the 23. I’ll probably end up with the shield just do to cost and availability. If I were to buy off roster it would be the Ruger LC9s pro or the Sig P365. Not really sure if it makes sense to do the 80%. Might not be quite worth it.

Any recs for a decent hunting scope? I have a Konus M30 on my 06 but the lock on the turrets suck and they get moved when humping it around. Looking to replace it with something with capped turrets. Don't need alot of magnification as most shots will be under 200 and more than likely less than 100.

I've got the vortex crossfire on my hunting rifle. It's pretty great
