    Tubbed Wheel Wells

You're probably right. I don't take it to get quality alignments being I take it so much. Might be something to look into this weekend. I'll have to take a look and see where the cam lies.

2nd Gen Tacoma. Dirt King heim mounted UCAs. Truck is a salvage title and the frame was tweaked. I've always had alignment issues with it. The new UCAs helped with the camber so now I'm at least within "spec" but I'm having trouble getting more caster out of it.

    Tubbed Wheel Wells

Question for you guys. I just went with new UCAs to fix my camber issue in my allignment, however it did not allow me to gain any caster. I'm only able to get about 1.5* of caster out of the front. With that said, I'm looking at a lot of cutting to fit a 35" tire under this thing. The firewall...

Haha. I just left that area. I was just across the street at a buddies camp. I’ll try and swing by tomorrow some time.

Also, anyone in the SoCal/San Diego area, the garage is now setup for full rebuilds. HMU and we'll try and work something out.

Let me know if you find a source. I have a buddy who wants me to help him do a tuning session on his new desert truck with Bilstein bypasses in the rear and I need to source some shims.

I couldn't agree more but I have too much work this week to take Thursday off and have plans for Saturday that I really can't push back.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to put some anti seize on them next time. I'm not familiar with extremely corrosive environments but it definitely helps the situations I have seen.

I'm seriously debating driving out Friday morning to watch the rock buggies, and then back to SD in the evening.

I have preheated sets with a torch but I can't remember if it was on these. Thanks for the input! I definitely think some more heat or upping the voltage on the welder would be beneficial.

No, that's my point. The only difference is the IFP. If you can do one you can do the other.

Sounds like a party  Bump stops are air/emulsion shocks.

The Fox DSCs are a combination of the two. Not as familiar with other manufactures adjusters yet. Still trying to find someone with Kings that need a rebuild and will let me tinker. The needle is the exact same as a schrader, minus the specialty tool. It's the same design, just limited so the...

They are a 13" 650lbs spring though. You wouldn't notice a drive ability difference with a 14" but you could add more preload if it was desired. Tuning a digressive shock is definitely doable, just not commonly practiced.

Interesting. I have never seen anything like that. The only exception to this would be an remote resi with adjusters. That would add an additional valving stack into the resi. Would be the same. You just have to know what depth to set the IFP at on an internal.

Yes, I can’t really explain it but I did. It wasn’t a huge difference though.

You kept your shocks under the bed didn’t you? Does the longer collapsed length limit your bump travel? I’m assuming not because you’re running the Archive kit but it has to be damn close. I’m actually going to say no to the 14” 700. If you have a winch, go 650 but 700# will be harsh with...

New piston design. Same bleed. Just wanted to try it out and see if I felt a difference.
