Getting ADS when you figure them out.

Better get front and rear plate bumpers too because my tuning isn't going to work for yours. Might as well just tell ADS what you want/expect up front and get a better tune to begin with.

Looks like you're valved for a strictly street vehicle. That's not much more compression than my COs were last revision and they were just coil carriers.

Wouldn't be surprised considering most minivans never see dirt. Honestly, they felt great when I first put them on, but I wasn't pushing the speed as hard 2 1/2 years ago.

Just got off the phone with ADS and here's what they're suggesting

Front Rebound, leave it alone

Front Compression stiffen up. We were going to go a little lighter for pavement drivability, but since I don't daily the 4runner we went higher. Otherwise two of those 12s closer to the piston would be 10s.

Rear stiffen up the compression, add a flutter and extra shim cap shim to the rebound.

.008 - Changing the 1" to a 1.3 for flutter and adding a 1" .10 before the flutter.

edit: Also have one bleeder valve open on the rear so we'll be closing those.

Wait, aren't you adding bypasses up front? Shouldn't you be lowering the amount of compression and rebound damping to compensate for secondary shocks?

I'll be reverting the fronts to some degree when the bypasses are on, but those need a rebuild and some sheet metal moved out of the way before I can get the hoops on. Won't likely have that done before the next trip.

Ahh gotcha, this is just a temporary solution until all the goodies get installed.

Yep. Hoping to get the rear bumps on this weekend, but there's a plan in place for that shim stack as well if it doesn't happen.

Nailed a dip last night and the rear end pogo'd but that was almost to be expected because we built the shim stacks based on being fully loaded. I'm still going to bump up the nitrogen to create a bit more rebound in the front and I'm hoping fully loaded this weekend helps even it out more.
