Get the driveshaft angles to 1°- 2°. At what speed is it doing it.

It’s random. Sometimes it doesn’t do it but when it does it starts around 15 & stays the rest of the time
You have to shim the carrier bearing or the rear axle or booth to get the axle to be within specs. There is a good write up on FTW

I wiggled the carrier bearing around just to see how loose it is. Didn’t feel too bad yet, have driven the truck maybe 3-5 times since. Haven’t felt the vibrating yet. Heard I should check the ecgs clamshell bushing as well
The ECGs bushing (stock meddle bearing in the front diff) doesn't vibrate in your ass it vibrates the steering wheel like out of balance tires or warped rotors.
Did you shim the carrier bearing?

Anyone out there have a clamshell bushing removal tool? I have one I can mail if you need it

No rush man, will be down in the area regularly the way things are going
Got here yesterday. Picking up the lower Friday morning. Ordering the scope today (Vortex PST Viper 5-25x50 second gen FFP. Waiting on mags from lareu . Should have it put together by Friday night.
