The good thing about snow is it'll still be there when they get the roads all cleared up.

Anyone care to take bets on how many "I'm stuck" posts show up on FB?
I agree! Im just trying to see some snow maybe get on a trail but just hang out in Flag. Hotel rooms seem to be fairly inexpensive if you split them with some friends. I also dont wanna get rammed into by someone on the road because they cant stop in the snow

I left Payson last night at around 10:30. I got home at about 4:30. I found a small window to drive the 87 but they shut me down about 10 miles down. I had to take the 188 to the 60. It was a blast. The roads were nuts and we pulled a few cars and trucks out of the snow along the way. We also met some cool NumberSignVanLife folks who were driving an converted ambulance. Great people who were stopping to help everyone along their route. They shut the 188 as we were driving. The conditions were too tough, they weren’t sending plows down that road and there wasn’t enough traffic to keep the snow down. Fun adventure. 7D564A61-22E0-48D9-98AC-F5745D205992.jpegF584A46B-1D05-40A2-B7EE-86282CF726CA.jpeg

You know you are having a good time if the wheels are packed in snow.

I have a buddy that converted an ambulance into a little motor home type thing. He goes down to Baja all the time with his dirtbikes and seadoos.

Big chunk of the snow that was in the hills this morning was melted and gone by this afternoon. Either way it was super cool seeing something that only happens once every 15-20 years. God knows our hills needed the moisture regardless of the form.
