I just left the east....hopefully wont ever need to worry about that white bullshit again.

I moved from San Antonio to the Phoenix valley about 6 years ago and the first winter here was the most snow (events and accumulation) I’d ever encountered.

Damn no shit...aye I guess Im not out of the woods yet then. Compared to cold and windy in the east...I can get used to this weather.

The drastic elevation differences in the rest of the state really confuse new east coasters that visit/relocate. Flagstaff is higher than Mt Mitchell, the highest point east of the Mississippi. And the mountains still go up from there.

Yea I noticed how much of a change in elevation that flagstaff is, good thing is being in scottsdale I think I will be living that toaster life.

Any of you guys ride mountain bikes here? Looking to hit a trail soon.

Big truck went to the body shop on Monday to get the rear end damage fixed.

New daily, “MPG WGN” is pulling solid duty on the commute. Daily fuel mileage has gone up 3-4 times what it was.:eek:

Dealer got the new rubber floor mats in yesterday and found a “trunk” liner for cheap as well.

Think I'm going to have to take the Jetta to a shop to get it timed correctly because it's just not working right for me. Going to give it one more shot but I'm pretty much over it. I REALLY need that mpg back for the commute. I miss the extra 200 a month I was saving. haha.

That sucks.

I’ve had a couple Jetta TDIs in the past. Grabbed this after a fresh recall and all the CPO bonuses.

For some reason I just can't get the injection pump to line back up after I put the timing belt back on so it's out of time. I can advance the fuck out of it and it'll start but it's so far off all I'm doing is burning fuel out the tail pipe and smoking out the neighbors.
