So I am having a problem with my car pulling to the right whenever I hit the brakes firmly. The wheel will move to the left while the car pulls to the right. I have had a shop look at it and they said that the bushings in the LCA were bad. I had the passenger LCA replaced and had replaced the driver's side LCA earlier this year. The steering rack assembly is completely new, all front ball joints have been replaced, brake pads and rotors are new. When the ball joints were replaced a couple of months back is when I started to have the problem. The only other thing that I can think of that might cause it is there is no rear swaybar. I am completely lost any thoughts????

I'm banking on alignment being the issue. Could be tie rods are toast.

I have recently had an alignment done right after I had the steering rack replaced about a month back. They replaced the entire steering rack and said that the tierods looked in good shape (they had been replaced when I put my lift kit on in January this year). The rear axle has a slight shift to the left and when I asked about the shift they said that it was all completely aligned.

Pulling typically leads to a suspension or alignment component. First thing I'd suggest is learning how to swap parts yourself so you can get a feel for what's normal and what's not. I just did tie rods today and while it felt fine moving the tires or driving, inners on both sides were shot.

If you had your bushings replaced with cheap stuff, they could very easily be shot again. I'd upgrade to Whiteline Bushings.
I had the same issue a couple years ago with the rig pulling when on the brakes, then shifting back when back to acceleration.

If the rear axle should't make much of a difference when you are having a shifting feeling while braking. If you get a shifting feeling while on acceleration, then it could be the rear control arm bushings.

Alignment could be a problem, but I bet it's the LCA bushings.

These are the whiteline bushings I have. I HIGHLY recommend them over anything else on the market. They are just as easy to install as OEM, but will last MUCH longer.

I went with some Moog bushings once because I got them for almost free from my brothers work, and they literally lasted one trip to the desert before I had to replace them. I got Whitelines and haven't had any issues in about 2 years, and I run my rig super hard in the desert.

Couple quick thoughts.

If the left front caliper isn’t grabbing (blocked line, stuck caliper, frozen piston), it will pull to the right.

Also starting with new ball joints, there is the possibility of a bad new bj or one installed in a manner that has caused it to be too tight.

But if his steering wheel is turning separate from just a countersteer of a bad caliper, then it has to be something that is in the suspension.

Check alignment bolts to double check that they are tight. If they are loose then your LCA will move, causing it to feel like bad bushings.

I wish to add nothing, except to note how much displeasure "CAR PULLING PROBLEM!!!!" brings me as a title; both for being generally incoherent and nondescript, but also for being unnecessarily in all capital letters.
