I believe so. It should be a pretty simple design. The other thing we need to find out is some more detail on the tcase input shaft and what our options are for a longer one. I'm thinking this clocking ring will end up being 1/2 to 1 inch thick aluminum so we'll need a longer shaft to keep sufficient spline engagement. I'm not worried about the driveshafts, they have plenty of range in them for that thickness.

I think it’s just a coupler that’s needed.

I was thinking of just 3D scanning the Tcase, but scanning a gasket as a DXF and importing it to SW is much easier for the pattern

^^^^ what he said. That would be the most accurate way. @4Running Daily do you have access to a way to scan both sides?
Short answer is yes. I’ve wanted to pickup a spare R150f and J-stick to install my crawl box and triple sticks on. So I’ll look around on Craigslist. Then I can scan those, and convert to SW files

I have a spare R150f with a J-stick in my back yard. I can bring it up and drop it off with you for awhile.

Do you need to do the 3D Scanning down in Cali?

Sweet! Don’t know if I need to take it to Cali. The easy part is actually scanning, the hard part is converting to SW. I can do the second part from Phoenix. Might see if someone locally will scan and give me the STL

Okay actually making progress on this!

My multi-mode case took a shit on me and instead of replacing the same thing, I decided putting in my clocked J shift case was the right option. I just had to figure out the sealing issue associated with the Bud Built case. Luckily @eimkeith was able to help me come up with a solution for the seal using an adapter he designed, and @Trevor Knopp machined the part and is sending it my way now.
Over the weekend I pulled the multi-mode case and attempted to mock up the J shift case. Well I couldn’t get it seated more than like 1/2”. Turns out there are different spline cases from the 4 cylinder models and 6 cylinder models. My clocked case was a 4 cylinder case and I have a V6. So that was pretty damn frustrating. The clocking ring has the hardware welded on so getting that swapped over to a new case was not worth the extra work.
Today I picked up a 6cyl case from @4Running Daily and swapped all the internals from the 6 cylinder case to the clocked 4cyl housing. I bolted it all back together and cycled it and all feels good. Tomorrow I gotta pull the outer case off so I can seal it all up with RTV tomorrow.
This weekend I’ll cut out the section of the floor to clear the clocked case, and install the deal adapter coming from @Trevor Knopp. hopefully I get the seals I need to get it all installed this weekend.

Surprisingly the internals were actually a little different too. Some of the parts on the 6cyl case were a little larger diameter on the 2hi-4hi connection.

So what actually failed on the add case? Just the actuator or did something internal fail like my center diff sprocket?

since we're looking at the pump & a baffle here, can you make an assessment on the starvation-when-clocked claim as to what angle the pump starts sucking air instead of oil?
I’ll have to figure out the oil level to know that. Tonight when I mess with it all again, I’ll figure all that stuff out

Can you extend the intake to the pump so it wouldn't be an issue?

WTF bro? All that work and no crawlbox going in? Maybe @eimkeith will ship you his Inchworm. Unless he got it in and didn't tell anyone. lol
