Progress was slow. Beefed up the lower links thought. Prep to weld takes so long and my welder can only do about three inches before it needs to recharge View attachment 6300

I've seen stock links bent (not me) so anything helps. I've also bent 1.75" OD links and panhard. I'm actually afraid to take it out with these 2" links until @eimkeith finishes his reinforcements. Haha.

That's why I keep asking if the are about to come out. I don't want to destroy the stock ones.

You won't with the stock links. I only bent my shock mount after miles and miles of abuse and a couple sketchy jumps because I was going too fast for my setup. The frame side lower link mounts I destroyed playing in rocks, but my axle side was fine. With my beefed up links and rod ends I'll likely bend the axle side since the frame is califab mounts.

You did a great job cutting those down to fit just right. Where did you pick up the replacement bushing from? I'm ready to do mine but my bushing are already shot as they are and don't want to melt them.

Using the stock bushings. Spot welded around the bushings to keep it cool. I have Torched bushings out before and it takes allot to melt them. Got the front done today. Working tonight so hopefully I get a call from Curtis wile I am gone that he has some bumpstops for me when I get back. Don't want to take the rear apart twice if I don't have to. 1556920301878782856729.jpg1556920384636227485287.jpg
Got the SPC's with the new axxis bushings for $525

I don't know what they look like but I was thinking it would be the bumps inside the coils. It must be the bumps outside the coils on the frame

Metal tech 3" with super bump vs durabump. It's on the outside of the frame. The thing your thinking is the coil isolators. They keep the metal coil off the metal frame.
