Yeah you can run Fordyce. There are a couple narrow spots but nothing you wouldn't be able to squeeze through. Also I've seen videos of full sizes running the entire thing. The califab guy has an old full size pick up that looks like he's ran the entire trail with.

I have run Fordyce in my 71 Blazer.

if we do multiple trails, I prefer earlier than later. October and most of the trip being between 10-40° was pretty shitty.
