So there is a thread on t4r.org about favorite tools for wrenching that I enjoy reading. With that in mind, I'm starting this thread. I'm a home wrencher, but have worked in all sorts of trades so I have a deep deep love for all tools. Let's see your tool box or hear about your favorite tools for workin on whatever. Like many of us, I make a few tools too, I'll show you mine if you show your's.
My top favorite tools are my Milwaukee m12 impact 1/4", gearwrenches, knipex Cobras, portaband, and my welder. These are my boxes, they hold most of my tools.View attachment 2480

One of my favorites is my Milwaukee metal cutting circular saw. This thing cuts through steel like a wood saw cuts plywood. It's amazing. I cut an 8' section of 3/16" plate in less than 60 seconds. I was mind blown! Here is a quick video of me cutting a piece of 2" x .250" wall DOM.

I'd love to get a cold cut chop saw eventually or a horizontal band saw.

I love the top poster on your door. It puts my thoughts into print.
I recently picked up an 18v impact thats quickly becoming my favorite tool.
is it the 3/8 or 1/2. I’m about to get the 3/8 m12 ratchet and some sunex mid deep impact sockets. I don’t have the m18 yet, but the 3/8 impact looks like all the impact I’ll ever need

1/2" Ryobi. I already had batteries and a charger from my drill and impact drill.

So I was at oriellys and I came across these dbl box offset metric wrenches for $12, missing 13&15mm, who uses those. I just used the 14 yesterday, I like having these, they fit where others don’t. Really helpful getting at shock tower nuts on my friend’s Kia.

I love tools, but I actually own very little tools for what I make at home. As dumb as it sounds I love my stupid off brand walmart tool box. Everything in one box to do the small maintenance stuff. Truck fab requires my larger tools.
