6,440 with a full tank of gas and no gear loaded or people inside. A stock CrewMax is around 5,500.

Things that added significant weight:
  • Supercharger
  • Second battery
  • Sliders
  • Transmission sliders
  • Engine sliders
  • Long-travel arms
  • Compressor
  • 5 x 40" tires
Things that reduced signficant weight:
  • Threw away the rear seats
  • Shortened the frame at the rear by 8"
  • Removed the spare tire carrier brace
  • Threw away the bed body
Things that probably interchangeable gained/lost the same weight roughly:
  • Custom flatbed/tray
  • Custom bumpers instead of OEM

Overall, I'm very happy with the weight. I figure adding another 300lbs for the wife and I combined, 125 for both dogs, and at most 200lbs in gear would put the weight at about 7,050. I'm working on a rear winch mount that'll add another 125 (including the winch). And also on a custom Birch plywood platform for the rear of the cab that should add 35ish.

The truck is geared to 4.88 currently but I'll be going to 5.29 for when I go up to a 43" tire.

Also adding that the rear is so much lighter now that I picked up a fresh seat of leaf packs for the rear to replace my "expedition" pack from when I had a RTT, 45-gallon auxiliary gas tank, bed rack, and toolbox when I had the stock bed still.

I'm stoked that the front/rear weight ratio is basically the same as stock, too: 56/44 (%).

Been meaning to do this with the 4runner. There's a moving company near work that has a public scale. Could probably get them to weigh me.

Not bad considering thats a big ass truck with big/heavy tires. Luckily the drivetrain should hold up to some good abuse. Just don't overpack and make that thing turn into a 8k lb truck lol.

Is that with the trailer attached too?
