6,440 with a full tank of gas and no gear loaded or people inside. A stock CrewMax is around 5,500.
Things that added significant weight:
- Supercharger
- Second battery
- Sliders
- Transmission sliders
- Engine sliders
- Long-travel arms
- Compressor
- 5 x 40" tires
- Threw away the rear seats
- Shortened the frame at the rear by 8"
- Removed the spare tire carrier brace
- Threw away the bed body
- Custom flatbed/tray
- Custom bumpers instead of OEM
Overall, I'm very happy with the weight. I figure adding another 300lbs for the wife and I combined, 125 for both dogs, and at most 200lbs in gear would put the weight at about 7,050. I'm working on a rear winch mount that'll add another 125 (including the winch). And also on a custom Birch plywood platform for the rear of the cab that should add 35ish.
The truck is geared to 4.88 currently but I'll be going to 5.29 for when I go up to a 43" tire.
