Tested out some 9mm loads today. I am not a good pistol shooter but not bad for me. All at 30 feet. SNS 147's over Longshot-4.2, 4.4, 4.5. The CZ liked the 4.4 the best so will load some up. Not sold on the powder as it works better for the 10 but I have a ton of it.

Found this today when moving things around. One is completely broken and one was cracking. I used the torque wrench when I mounted it 15 inch pounds if I remember right. So not to happy another $70 down the crapper. View attachment 22751

Well I'll be damned. They are sending me a new one. Thanks for that suggestion Mike. I owe you a cold one or lunch.

Ok fuck it both!

Good to hear. I've got one of those on my AR.

Ok who knows anything about dueling trees? What angle should the upright be at? Google is saying anywhere from 10° to 20°. Wondering if people have real life experience with setting one up

@Itaro I am going to be ordering this in the next few days. I'll need to get some angle iron for the mast and stand. If the shooter is not bueno the mast will also take a beating. It's going to be thick.

His long range stand poles take a few hits for sure. Hahaha.

Working on standardizing on a light that I can use on my battle belt + in an appendix carry holster.
The light is going to be the TLR-7A
This holster is for the battle belt and will take both my Glock 34 and my Glock 19.

I still need to order the light(s)

That thing is sweet. Those tires would be dust in AZ

Thanks.

It needs new rims and tires. I hate presta valves which is what it has.
The Elastomers in the classic RockShox Quadro 21R were toast ... well more literally dust. I found a place online that makes replacements so I ordered them and replaced them about a week ago.

I haven't ridden this thing in probably a decade but now my daughter wants to go riding so I started dusting it off.

I mean the shifters are GripShifts. Most people probably don't even know what those are.

It will never have disk brakes but I wouldn't mind converting it to a 1x10 or 1x11 drive train to simplify its setup for around town.
One thing these old Cannondales had going for them is the fact they are very light.
