Nope, my hands aren’t big enough for that pistol. Try holding one in 45 and it might fit your hands a lot better than the typical 9mm slinger out there

Finally ordered a scope for my Bergara. Ended up going with a Nikon Black FX1000 6-24. Was really considering a Viper PST Gen 2, but it was hard to beat sub $700 price point (had a gift card).

Was looking at some Seekins matched rings to mount it with, but not sure which height to go with, going to wait until the scope gets here tomorrow and take some measurements.

I dig the round, I hate the M1a magwell. A friend of mine had a couple of loaded models years back. I contemplated buying one but passed.

If I did buy it tho it would have been a money pit because of J Allen enterprises....

I had a SOCOM 16. One hand I regret selling. On the other had I don't.

Didn't like the 16" barrel.

I wouldn't say I love the ballistics of .308
I much prefer my 6x47 Lapua, 260 Remington, .243 Winchester.

I hate the J Allen stock.

I just want a bone stock M1A Scout in a wood stock (which I have already) and the now discontinued :( Midwest Industries RMR mount for the M1A

And I have plenty of standard capacity mags for the platform.

Ah. I was looking at them back in 2011? I think it was a little before my son was born. Their lead times were ridiculous
