I can hand him my AR give him 30 round mags and ammo to go shooting. If he gets pulled over he just has to say my father gave me permission. The officer calls me and I confirm it and he is sent on his way to pew pew.
All falls back on personal responsibility.

Don’t know. I know because my son wanted a truck pew pew and the only thing he could have was going to be a long gun. He decided to just wait till he turned 21. Different times. My dad handed me a 9 when I was 16. Then says “This is for self defense. I rather visit you in jail than your grave”. That was Miami Fla 1988.

Even in CA a parent can give their 18+ child a handgun. I’m sure you can do the same in AZ.
