Gathering some DOPE.
The VQ Summit .22 is about 1045 fps with CCI Standard velocity ammo and the Larue 5.56 is 2960 fps with 55gr ammo and 2500 fps with my 77gr reloads. However my SD’s are high. 20-50. Hmmm.

What powder are you using for the 223 77gr? What length barrel do you have? With 20 inch barrel I have mine going around 2700fps, non suppressed. If they are accurate than go with them.
