Let's talk range finders. I'd love to pick one up just to see what range I'm actually hitting at. I know my .22 is sighted in at about 150 feet, but I've hit stuff way further with it. Same with my 9mm. I can be accurate at 25 feet, but I can hit stuff much further if I try.

That is one (of many) things I did not cheap out on. I got a Leupold with a mildot reticle and that thing is awesome. I have not used it in a while, so I forgot its magnification specs.

I'm planning my next gun to be ranged so I really wanna pick one up. I was shooting at least 100 yards with the .22 last time we were out. Maybe a bit more.

100 yards with a 22lr is fun. When I had my .308 I was going out to 750+ meters. But I was making it a challenge by driving however far and setting the target, then miling out the distance with the the reticle and known size of the steel target. Made it more challenging and rewarding.

Thought I had pics of our last run, but this is the best I've got.

These guys always make me laugh. 3%er with a Thin Blue Line sticker. Like you support law enforcement but you think they aren’t going to be the ones that are going to come and take them from you when the politicians tell them to? They work for a paycheck, not your freedom
