I thought this ammo shortage was just .22, 5.56/223 and defensive calibers. Man was i wrong.

The 300 cases I spent hours prepping yesterday are worthless. Super loose primer pockets.
This was twice fired Hornady brass.
Had 100 new Lapua's and ordered 200 Starline cases.
My load data will change with the Lapua cases. Smaller primer flash holes and different neck tension. Didn't bother to resize 'em.
Need to find more Starline's which have the normal sized flash holes.

Nice!
I handled a King Cobra today for the 1st time. Douboe action trigger pull was pretty nice. Wasn't fond of how narrow the trigger felt.
We had one in the shop this weekend along with the 6" Python, a customer was debating between them. I told her if you DO not buy the Python now I will, she looked at me and said "I don't like high pressure sales!" I grabbed my purse, my ID and cash from a puppy we just sold and I bought it. The whining she did was priceless, she bought the King Cobra because that is what we had left.
