Can't say enough good things about the Tikka Tac A1. It's an absolute tack driver for a factory precision rifle. Especially one in the middle tier of what you can spend on a precision rifle. I'm an absolute noob in the precision game and with quality ammo it's a 1/2 moa gun all day.

2A is good stuff. Super light is what they’re known for.
Do you have a use for a light AR10 sized rifle?
I like the 6.5 CM a lot, would find a use for it. The older I get the less weight I want to carry afield. He also had a Diamond Back in 6.5 CM for 800 ish... I have an AR-10 (PSA) in 7.62 NATO, it is a fun shooter, however, I prefer my M1-A SOCOM 16 over it.
