Thats because chris pratt used one in jurrassic park and everybody bought one.lol.
I got the gbl. I like the more classic look.
This one is going to be a bit more modern. One of the reasons I was set on the RM Marlin 1895 is the gray laminate stock is a bit more modern looking vs modernizing an old school brown wood stock and having it just look wrong

There's a Boyds laminate stock for every occasion

Is boyds pretty decent? I've been thinking about ordering a thumb hole stock for my varmint rifle
I have a few of their stocks, they are great quality and on the heavier side, which helps absorb recoil, but can get pricey. They have a large clearance section you can get lucky searching through if you have the patience.

Prices coming down
M855 62gr?

Neighbor moved this weekend. He had to shed some weight so he hooked it up. The 9mm was already loaded or else I would have scored some of that too. Meant 77 grain. At least it better be or imma send some of our Texas boys to go whoop on him.

Not as simple as that, yet. Wait for the appeal.

Are there firearms-friendly districts in CA?
Appeal? Lolol To whom? Doesn't get any higher than SCOTUS

Scotus decision essentially states "may" issue or just cause permit schemes are unconstitutional.
States or cities can still have licensing or permitting but they can no longer debt permits for people seeking a permit with only reason being self defense.

I think you will start to see restrictive states create high permit fees and extensive training requirements to meet their qualifications before permit gets issued. Likely see more insurance bills like SJ pop up too until their deemed unconstitutional too.

I mean, it's a misdemeanor if you get caught ccw without a permit in California. Lots of people already do it. When we're in dirt and the chances of running into law enforcement is slim, I'll carry concealed. I really don't feel the need to daily carry, but if I can get my permit easier I'll carry more often.
