Shit, it really doesn't take that much business to make a decent living. I need to get my broker to get his UT license too. There are a ton of people moving out there too. Plus I know a few people that can refer me a few deals a year out there. The nice thing about my job is I don't have to live locally like a realtor does. I only meet like 20% of my clients. The rest is over the phone and through email/internet stuff. Nobody wants to meet their lender these days.
