@RPS1030 Ryan is full of knowledge and is one of the best spotters. He’s quiet until he knows you. Don’t piss him off because he’s the dude with capable vehicles, the tools, and a trailer to haul your broken ass home. He’s a smart boy who enjoys sammiches and wheelin. And he puts up with my stupid ass.

@2ndGenJonny Jonny... this guy. I don’t even know about this guy.... jk. Good guy, pretty sure he loves doggos more than humans, he knows things, and I kind of blame him for me moving here.

@Dukestaco Ol daddy Duke, the best bacon supplier ever. Awesome guy with a great kid. Always love running into this guy, especially when trading truck parts for bacon. Duke will do anything for anyone, best guy. You should ask him for jalapeño bacon.

Truth, the number of humans I don't like compared to dogs I don't like is 100:1

And the only reason I didn't like a dog is because they had a shitty human.

I don't like being around any living creature for more than a few days at a time honestly. Doesn't matter if its a human or a dog, they all annoy the shit out of me eventually.

So you got married and had kids? lol

I'm much better by myself. That's why I wheeled alone for so long. Then I met a few liked minded folks that get it. Don't talk about it, do it. And fuck everyone else. lol

I fucked up, but they love wheeling and camping so I really can’t complain. They are pretty awesome.

Took me a while to find some guys that like to wheel hard and down to go more than twice a year.

@stumbles Bryan stumbles on the trail. Dude wheeled a stock third gen runner last weekend. I was damn surprised how well he did. He is buying all the things for his first gen Tacoma. We keep trying to trade the first gen runner for parts. He is holding his ground and resisting.

@mavericktrd Nate gets all of the short jokes. We see eye to eye, 5’6” life! We always give him shit about not wheeling enough with us. He is affectionately known as 3Runner. He gets along with all parties and is the neutral one who doesn’t really take sides.

@BDMcGuire Brent used to have luscious locks that would flow on the trail and capitivate all who were lucky enough to watch. But he recently shaved his head. Brent is a milf magnet. He’s happiest when with his sweet pup Cora and outside. He likes beer... a lot.

@snowtank Andrew is one of the best huggers. If you’ve got a beard and flannel, you’ll fit right in. If you like motorcycles and going fast, he’s your guy. He’s one of the other DINKs, has a lovely wife and cute doggos. One of the best dudes you’ll ever meet. He will charm you the minute he smiles at you.

@4Running Daily Connor is our local college aged guy. He’s a smart kid until he welds next to a stack of pizza boxes. He contributes a lot to 4Runner communities. Good guy to have in your wheeling crew.
You are just so kind. And it's easy being nice to nice people

Yes. Gotta keep going every weekend we can. Not too many people from tw are down to wheel as much and run the hard trails like we do.

With the exception of @Mike_taco4x4 we all get out quite a bit.

You can put me on the list :) . I have some stuff to fix before then but should totally be ready. Friday and Sat for sure and will do my best to stay through Sunday. I haven't got to play in table mesa yet so that would be really fun.

Was there a ton of people out there on the trail backed up on the crack? Or just a ton of people in your group?

We had 3 Jeeps, 1st Gen Taco, 2nd Taco and the 85.
About 15 min into the crossing it turned into a parking lot like hell's gate.

Crack was actually pretty lax. Early part of PSM was a traffic jam, especially with a late start.

The 1st gen Taco broke a CV in the crack with no spares and open/open. Keeps disappeared shortly after that after talking about an easy exit route for a while.

Had to winch all of us up the Waterfall on Gold Bar Rim. Plus winching/spotting/rock stacking on numerous ledges to get out.
