NICE!
i had a pair of bucket seats in my 1st gen taco and those fucking things hurt when you go pop in and land on the bolster just right.

I got to take the headliner down and remove those headache grab handles which I'll replace with some generic paracord grab handles probably for a jeep or something. Anything to make it less likely that I have to play twister between the bottom bolster and the grab handle or A-pillar

That's kind of what I am thinking. Maybe I can get that sorted out in the next few weeks to get a matching set.

God forbid my wife is given the challenge of having twins... That would not go well. 5'2 @ 115? Yikes!

You are doing it wrong if this is how you do things. We’ve taken our kids out since they were infants. Obviously we started by taking it easy and just cruising around but as they got older we do more. My son is 3 and loves wheeling. My daughter is 6 and loves it most of the time. She’s starting to get to the age where she wants to spend more time playing outside than sitting in the truck wheeling. We have to make time to let her play so she doesn’t get burnt out from wheeling.

I didn’t have wheeling toys till they got older. I was the volleyball,softball,wrestling,football,soccer coach/dad. Daughter and son are 5 years apart so when one got done the other one started. Great times and memories.

5th dimple die is done on each side and I can finally start the process of installing the bumper. A fraction of warpage, but nothing severe given that we put 10 dimples in the bumper total. On another note, the seats are in and it feels like a different vehicle



The seat base works really well and the proof of concept is there, time to clean it all up and prep/paint.
