why would anybody buy a TG case in the first place, how absurd. The shift fork probably got ground down too much lmao

That’s the real bummer. Inchworm needs to either sell their share or start producing again.Because marlin was 9 months away and inchworm doesn’t exist
I know an FJC owner who had one, an input shaft shattered and ultimately split the case wide open before we got to the first big waterfall. This happened on Claw Hammer back in 2009 I believe. That’s the real bummer. Inchworm needs to either sell their share or start producing again.

Marlin. The gear ratios on the AtlasII would be too funky of a spread for our purposes unless you go with a 4speed atlas. But if you're considering a 4speed atlas, you might as well build a buggy/truggySo what you're saying is atlas is worth the money or marlin is worth the wait?

I'd personally do an LT front before a crawl box.Good to know. That was the route I was planning on going. Now I just need a job so I can double up on paychecks so I don't feel guilty about dropping 3k on one.
That was the exact reason I didn't get an atlas. I was debating ordering one, I couldn't justify so much money for those goofy ass spaced gear ratios, even on the 4 speed.Marlin. That’s my plan. Atlas 4 speed seems like the ticket. I want that 1.50:1 ratio for shit like when we are out in Ocotillo Wells running around at <50mph but still hauling ass around the area. The ability to front dig, have 2lo, and multiple ratios is pretty ideal. That was the exact reason I didn't get an atlas. Did he land on it super hard or something? That’s just nuts that the case split.I know an FJC owner who had one, an input shaft shattered and ultimately split the case wide open before we got to the first big waterfall. This happened on Claw Hammer back in 2009 I believe.
That’s awesome! Yeah a lot of BS in this thread.Just read this whole fucking thread over the last couple days. Love it! Probably wasn’t worth my time, but it’s been a slow week at work. Happy Friday!
It’s crazy how much TW has changed over the few years. Once was a good site with knowledge info and now it has a lot of bs to go through before you can find the info you was looking for.

Naw, they would probably hold on to my truck for a year and a half and charge me $15000.
