Saving this for later:
OEM the 2nd gen weighs 3900# for the base, 4200# for the DCLB. We weighed a stock DCLB and got 4300#, with 2500# on the front axle and 1800# on the rear axle.

Rated max payload is between 850# and 1200#, for a total weight of 5000#.

The OME Dakar pack is rated for 660# of constant load, and provides 2" of lift, but doesn't really increase the total payload capability.

We don't have a clear rating for the HD Panda pack, but based on our testing it's good for 1500# constant loads, and provides good performance with that weight. The down side is that when you completely empty the truck it will ride like an empty work truck...

Going to the raptor pack will give you the most performance, and the best ride, and can be adjusted for any load from OEM to 6500#.

I'm pretty sure looked up the exact same information this morning to try to figure out how much armyhater is overloaded.

Even worse is he was only running the medium pack, no wonder it went negative arch.

Yup. Like most trucks he's over the limit 400 to 500 #.

I'd believe that. But you have a shackle flip and run the leaf pack in negative arch, so god only knows what the actual leaf pack rating is :):)

Are we going to chase everyone away from the campfire with a discussion of rear suspension this year?

After following you across AOAA last fall I think you need better shocks.

We going down that road again? Lol
I still haven't received the rears. Probably going to end with with 2.5s back there anyway

Not to mention Turin and I told him that he had that problem back in February when we built his bed rack. I don’t get why you’d freak out about it now, having not done shit about it all these months.

If you really look through his posts, you'll see a long list of reasons he's used to not go wheeling, most of them amounting to "this isn't perfect" but hey, it's his truck, whatever!

Oh I’ve seen it. I sometimes wonder how he functions making simple daily decisions. It can’t be an easy existence to be that fucking paranoid all the time.

It would probably help me to worry a bit more.. me last year at AOAA somehow leading a group: Okay guys, we're just going to do some greens since Liz's 4wd isn't working.. Yep, just down here. Yeah, we're going to avoid timbertown.

My girlfriend, navigating: hey, the only way out of here is through timbertown or turning 4 trucks around on this trail.

Me, to group: Alright guys, we're going on timbertown!

Ahh that was you.

I accidentally did timbertown a couple years ago, aside from being stupid tight I don't recall anything very hard out there.
