I'll probably do the 4runner deal up front and get 17s with the 35s. Wonder how big of a difference it really makes? I think SOS Performance has a rear 4runner conversion kit.

There’s a joke in here with bending and brown people...Is there anything UPS can't bend?

better make up yer mind otherwise yer gonna be old and retired before getting that thing rolling again! lolNo, I'm still doing the long travel IFS. But I think I'm going to upgrade from the OEM bearings to the d60 hubs at some point.
But putting that axle down in front of the truck made me think really hard about scrapping the whole IFS thing and doing SAS.

So the D60 unit bearings are for the rear axle? Building a 609 axle? (D60 outers and 9" inners)
are you going to gusset? good insurance...So the D60 unit bearings are for the rear axle? Building a 609 axle? (D60 outers and 9" inners)

Damn that looks good! I need to catch up!
Are you keeping 4wd? If so, will that nice camber curve bite you in the ass and limit droop with CV angles?

Preliminary results: bump steer or turning radius, pick one.
