If this place wasn't so damned convenient, I'd still be looking for a more permanent position, but schools about to start so I'll deal with lack of benefits until this summer.

In 2 more months things *SHOULD* level out. The past few years have seen a deep freeze through Jan/Feb and then March warms up significantly. By mid April snow leaves. I can deal with that. I like seasons.
