I would say no, most trumpers love the constitution and wouldn’t want to see Trump in power past his 8 years. See conservatives would see that being a rule that would be changed to come back and bite them in the ass. For example Harry Reid(D) senate simple majority rule regarding federal and Supreme Court judge appointees.
