This is how @4runner DOA has a month long bender

Damned straight.

You try reading. @4runner DOA said send him there for a month.

This.

And he'd be home in a week is what the end of the paragraph infers.

Didn't read that far? Attention span's shorter than a Chinese cock.

The worst red herring I've read in literal years.

Never said I'd get him after a week.

You’re the one that assumes he’s going to say yes.

I'd probably make him suffer an additional week just to drive the point home. Unfortunately there's a reality that I won't have a choice and neither will he. We'll see what the judge says at the end of April.

Danny's not Asian. He wouldn't say "you'uh stay'uh there whooole month!"
He's a softie. The boy would be home in hours.

The kid needs to learn that life isn't gravy at his mom's house. I'd let him sit for for a minute. He already comes home complaining about the food. He really has no idea how well he has it at home.

My grandfather was one of the people that commanded the ships that shot down the pilots and planes that your wife’s grandfather prepared.
Pretty cool. I’m a big fan of history. My moms side grandpa was on a ship that was sunk by Japanese Torpedo planes. Man I wonder what our grandparents would think if they were still alive today to see us together with a kid lol

My grandfather never talked about it. Guess he was a merchant marine or something. Military nonetheless, but I guess he didn't feel like he contributed. One of his brothers was shot down (airforce) during WWII. The other one survived but I never knew him. He died a few years ago and got buried at one of the military yards. My grandpa never wanted that, although he could have had it.

Yeah my mom has told me many stories of my grandfather. Naval Academy 1919. Became an Admiral and then he lost an eye after the war in a training accident. After he left the military he became a raging alcoholic and died of cirrhosis at age 60. Couldn’t handle civilian life.

Yeah nobody really knows his story. Grandma might but she doesn't talk about it either. Military, worked coal mines in PA, moved the family from PA to OH then to California. Opened the shop in 62, ran that until 2000 or so when my uncle took over. Died July 2019 at the age of 92. Grandma just celebrated 93 this past week.

My moms side grandfather was a gunners mate on a Destroyer I believe it was the USS Peary. When it got struck he survived but had to wait in the ocean for a bit to be picked up. So I’m pretty he wouldn’t be a big fan of the Japanese. I don’t think I would be cool with my daughter marrying anyone from the Middle East

Fuck man that’s terrible. But a one eyed navy man commanding a ship should have been marketed by the navy.

Not him. He commanded ships not just one. He did 7 years after the accident. Mom said he was a true genius but became a lunatic with the booze. Sad really.

My compadres grandpa served in WW2 and came home with lots of goodies. A few nazi armbands and a few daggers with the nazi emblem .. they have them framed but don't display them

Grandfather was in WW1 and 2. Got gassed in 1, walked for miles with a piss soaked rag around his face to counteract it.

Didn't speak a bunch about any of it, just couldn't. Came home to his wife and farmed. Sensible man, so I'm told, not a drinker or an angry person. Saw what he did as duty.
Crazy fuck tried signing up for Korea when it broke out. They wouldn't take him, he was in his 50s at that point.

To flip that, I work with a guy whose dad was a "Nazi fuck", at least in uniform. They came to his house, said he was now a soldier. He said no, they put a gun to his head. He said no again, they put a gun to his wife's head.
Funny how that works.
