Have to head into downtown la today....fuck. with the kobe ceremony yesterday I know it's just going to be a shitshow. God we need to move :violin:

Better remember that famous dude and his daughter and not the other 7 people who don't matter.

His fucking wife is suing the airline that the helicopter was working out of. Claims about Kone and his daughters "emotional distress" at their time of death.
Fucking rich people man. . .

Because off the top of your head, what name do you recognize? (I've never heard of any of them prior to this incident.)
Who is one of the most extraordinary athletes of all time?
Who donated millions of dollars to their community?
Who was revered by millions of children and adults across the globe for his talent and hard work?

Not saying those other people shouldn't get the same respect as Kobe, but he has had a much larger impact on the world than anyone else in the crash.

I thought it was a wrongful death suit and I also heard the plan was to help compensate the other families that lost loved ones.

I know all you Libtard koolaid drinkers only see the worst in people but there are good people trying to do good things in the world

I don't know anything about the other people that died, because the only two that mattered were a professional athlete and his daughter. Perhaps if anyone cared about the others, we could remember them for what they did.

Oh wait, Kobe was the only one who mattered. I remember now.

Look I know you Right wing loons love to lick boots, but the truth is rich folks aren't usually nice folks. Athletes aren't much different. It's all publicity and branding.

Never did get the idolizing of a dude who can bounce and throw a ball. That's goes for all sports, Canuckistanian ones included.

I don’t watch sports for that reason alone.
Im okay with being a bootlicker, I pay more attention to my cities officers careers than I do Joe Namath and him signing a new contract to play for the Chicago Buffalo Bills.

Just to expand on your assertion that the proceeds will go toward families:

I was going to quote the CNN article, but I know you'd just call that fake news. Sorry, I didnt search Faux News, although I'm sure Rush Limbaugh will weigh in eventually.

Plenty of lawyers that would pick that suit up for 30% on behalf of any of those families. Reality of it is the millionaire started it. You don't think she doesn't want her cut?
