AMS/RP/Lucas all seem kinda snake-oil-ish to me. They work, lots run it, myself included (used RP and AMS for the Acura) but honestly any good full synthetic and liqui moly or ceratec additions will get you a long long ways. if you need performance then that's a whole other animal. Taco gets full synthetic Mobil1, extra capacity Purolator filters and liqui moly ceratec every other10k oil change. Never had a problem and haven't had premature fouling. I check it every time I fill up if I can.

Ceratec is the absolute shizdizzy.

Got recommended it fir my Isuzu by a guy down in floriduh who runs a luxobarge shop.
The Isuzu v6s are known for valve noise and lifter issues, along with some sludging problems. Isuzu went from 5-30 to 0-30 full synthetic due to it.

A few ceratec treatments, and running 0-40 Rotella, and it's much better.
Well that and a diesel flush every so often to clean it out.

So the architect showed up, saw our wall framing, said it was wrong, we said it wasn't, she walked over to the plan table, looked at the details on the prints, said "huh, guess I copied these from an old print. . Yeah no it's wrong, it'll have to come down", and took off.

I fucking hate architects.

So, Archi fucks up and now it’s everyone else’s fault?

Whatever man. If she's on revision 2 and only supplied you with rev 1 then just bill for the time and material. It's not uncommon and you know that. Then get rev 2 in hand and do it all again. The project I'm on is in rev 7. Yep. 7 fucking revisions for a residential addition. It's been pretty funny running this shit show. lol

Site instruction 9 (we don't get paid for site instructions)
Revision 5 (we get paid for those).
We started in August.

It's just a shitty little school reno. It's not something major.
Maybe I just like it when people do their jobs well. Like they get paid to. This chick gets paid huge money and her plans aren't half as good as the set from 1962 when this place was originally built.
