I know we are already over this topic but I already had it quoted. How much profit?
Could ya buy a mansion? A used 1996 chevy cavalier with an exhaust leak, bad fuel pump, and spray painted ac vents, and the previous owner installed a spoiler on?
Bottom line my man. I ain't taking sides... I'm a shit talker when deserved. And tw ain't winning any leeway with me atm.
The links are only a save of links posted. I saw the way it was charted. It's just a save feature.
And even if he did make 10 bucks a month(which he does not) what difference would it really make. Seeking profit from your work is 100% American anyway... nothing wrong with that.
As much as I wish I could out tw in this subject. Its simply not truth. The website may be set up a little different. But I was not shielded from the inner workings of tw while on staff.
Really wish I could out tw on this front. But unfortunately, and regardless of what revenue is pulled in here. Its simply not the case. I'd tell ya if it were.
Who knows how much. Can be a little, can be a lot. I’d honestly be disappointed in him if he wasn’t capitalizing on the cash cow he has. He’s built a successful set of forums that could allow him to have a very nice passive income, all while keeping the user experience pleasant (besides the mods). There is a lot of different ways to get revenue off of forums like Danny was saying. Amazon links can pay out pretty well when there are a lot of clicks and buys, as well as Google Adsense.
Not sure how much access you had as a moderator, but there is definitely more layers of access beyond moderator access. As an admin of this forum, there is so much I have access to that I have no clue how to use but there is a lot of data and coding that moderators don’t have access to.
No shame in making a profit. I encourage it. It’s the American way. He just might not be disclosing it to the public, because why should he? That’s his business, not ours.
