Alright, bringing this thread back up since my misfire continues to fuck with me.
So going back to the beginning. I had a misfire that I narrowed down to the AFR sensor and spark plug wires. While I was in there, I checked plugs (looked good and only about 20k miles on them), replaced intake gaskets, and cleaned the throttle body (it was filthy!). I have about 150 miles, maybe a little more since I replaced all that stuff. A few weeks ago I was driving up to Big Bear and I was getting intermittent misfires throughout the day, and the frequency and duration increased throughout the day until I got home and now its constant. The codes were Cylinder 3 and Multiple Random. So I figured coils were the issue.
I replaced the Ignition Coils, and MAF sensor, and checked the plugs again and still had a misfire. I just replaced cylinder 3 injector and still having a misfire. Any fucking clue what to check next?
