Who wants to go check out monache meadow's? Never been. I know it's an "overlander" destination, but the camping looks cool and it's near the river. I've always wanted to see what it's all about. May take Friday the 28th off to make the drive up.

I've only been in there once for a day trip. I remember some small rocks on the way in. Once your in the meadow there's a few trails that keep going past it. Could be one of those?

Maybe. I've been looking at maps and there's definitely some potential on the other side of the river with what looks like tracks on either side of the rocks.
As tempting as this sounds I don't have enough PTO yet to make it worth the trip. I know you can do it in a day, 2 days being conservative, but I have to imagine you've got 2 days lined up just for travel?

Taking half day off work Thursday and driving home Sunday morning. That’ll leave two full days for the trail. I think these guys want to take their time and enjoy the camping along the trail.

We go pretty damn quick. A lot of other people I wheel with aren’t near as fast and when me, you, Kyle or Andy wheel together.

I might be able to get free. Only thing is waiting on JD fab and regear appointments so as long as its not in SD torn apart or on a lift with gears hanging out...
