Honestly I have no clue where the weak link is after the inner tie rod. That’s beef right there. Confucius says “in time the next weakness will be revealed “
Hopefully it isn’t going to be the steering rack it self.Honestly I have no clue where the weak link is after the inner tie rod.
With the double shear tabs on the knuckle and the slide rack, it should be bullet proof. I have only had to replace 3 bent inner tie rods in 5 years of heavy crawling but it will be nice to not worry about and no need to carry a spare now.
Hopefully not. On my third one. Not a fun job changing them out.Hopefully it isn’t going to be the steering rack it self.
I feel like that’s what’s gonna give. Outer tie rods aren’t hard to replace on a trailHopefully it isn’t going to be the steering rack it self.
Outers wear out. Never had to change one on a trail. Inners bend or break. Also not hard to change out on a trail. But I like the fact of not having to.I feel like that’s what’s gonna give. Outer tie rods aren’t hard to replace on a trail
